The BEST Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn’t love something sweet?  I know I do!  And all of my clients say that they “need” something sweet usually after dinner.  So I often experiment with making homemade healthy treats.  The reason is that it is often way better to eat something  homemade and baked with less sugar than what you may find in a store or bakery.  Controlling the ingredients that go in the foods you eat is often key to being a healthier eater.  And many of the handcrafted items you can make even taste better than the store-bought ones.

I think you will find that these Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies are a perfect example!

These cookies combine fiber-filled oats and almond butter with a smaller amount of sugar and NO butter or oil.  Try them today and put a smile on your face.
